目的 通过信息化手段实现托育服务、托育监管智慧化便捷化，助力托育服务规范、健康、高质量发展。方法 搭建智慧托育系统，定制开发机构管理、托育服务、托育监管、数据实时上报、数据统计分析、便民信息发布等功能，为托育服务和托育监管赋能。结果 该系统已经覆盖全省100个县的托育机构，打造了统一的托育信息发布平台，提升了托育机构内部管理效能，提高了托育服务监管效率。结论 智慧托育系统，既有效满足人民群众、托育机构、行政监管的实际需求，也为托育服务数字化转型提供了一个样板。

Objective To achieve intelligent and convenient childcare services and supervision, and promote standardized, healthy and high-quality development of childcare services by using information means. Methods Building a intelligent childcare system, which customized and developed the functions of institutional management, childcare services, childcare supervision, real-time data reporting, data statistical analysis, convenient information release, etc, so as to empower childcare services and childcare supervision. Results The system has covered the childcare institutions in 100 counties throughout the province, creating an unified platform for childcare information dissemination, improving the internal management efficiency of childcare institutions, and enhancing the supervision efficiency of childcare services. Conclusion The intelligent childcare system not only effectively meet the needs of the people, childcare institutions, and administrative supervision, but also provides a model for the digital transformation of childcare services.
