综述国内外医护人员对医疗人工智能态度的评估工具,为国内外工具开发与应用提供参考。遵循范围综述研究方法框架,检索PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、中国知网等数据库中2015年9月至2026年1月发表的文献,按照PICOS原则筛选关于医护人员人工智能(AI)态度评估工具的开发或应用研究,提取工具特征、维度设计、信效度及适用场景等信息并进行归纳分析。共纳入21篇文献,涵盖21种评估工具。工具呈现以下特点:通用多维与专业单维并存、信效度验证程度不一、从静态评估向动态关联创新。医护人员对医疗AI的态度评估工具已呈多样化发展,我国亟须开发融合本土场景与数据质量的评估工具。
Abstract:To review assessment tools for health professionals' attitudes toward medical artificial intelligence(AI), and to provide references for the development and application of relevant tools domestically and internationally. Following the scoping review framework, literature published between September 2015 and January 2026 was retrieved from databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and CNKI. Studies related to the development or application of AI attitude assessment tools for health professionals were selected according to the PICOS framework. Information including tool characteristics, dimensional design, reliability and validity, and applicable contexts was extracted and synthesized. A total of 21 articles were included, covering 21 assessment tools. These tools possess the following characteristics: a coexistence of general multi-dimensional and specialized single-dimensional approaches, varying levels of validity and reliability verification, and a shift from static assessment to dynamic correlation innovation. Assessment tools for healthcare professionals' attitudes toward medical AI have diversified; there is an urgent need for China to develop a dynamic evaluation tool that integrates local contexts and data quality considerations.
